This Model 66 is one of the history books. Only a limited number will ever be made -- all in commemoration of the 150th Anniversary of the founding of Winchester Repeating Arms. Wow! This remarkable rifle starts with a custom grade V/VI walnut straigt grip stock with a satin oil finish that’s velvet smooth to the touch. Features a classic rifle-style forearm with engraved forearm cap for the legendary look and feel of the original Model 1866. COne of the crowning embellishments is the customer 150th Anniversary engraving on the polished brass receiver, lifter, lever, buttplate and forearm cap -- all done in the classic Ulrich style, including the Winchester Horse and Rider and the WRA scroll trademark WRA scroll trademark

Deeply polished, full octagon 24" barrel with a gold barrel band, plus special Winchester 150th Anniversary script and scroll engraving on the top of the barrel
Ladder-style carbine rear sight with blade front sight emulates the original and gets you on target quickly
Polished blued steel loading gate for smoother loading
Receiver top tang is drilled and tapped for an optional tang-mounted rear sight for a more precise sight picture
